  • Provide Emergency Services (Ground and Air)
  • Promote Aerospace Education (Aircraft and Glider)
  • Promote a command climate that educates, builds teamwork, and promotes CAP values.
  • Have fun!
  • Provide Montgomery County with a venerable community service organization.
  • Support the Air Force (USAF), Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DoHS) and others with Emergency Services.
  • Grow B-CC for the next generation.
  • Encourage interests in aviation, military, or any other related field.
  • Provide America's youth, a future.
  • Train, motivate, and lead cadets into being productive, value added, dynamic leaders to meet America's needs into the 21st century.
